Food & Nutritional Products

Expert guidance on Food-Drug Interphase (FDI) classification and compliance with the Food Regulations 1985.

Service Overview

Many nutritional powders, functional drinks, and gummies generally fall into the "Food-Drug Interphase" (FDI). Incorrectly classifying a food product as a drug (or vice versa) can lead to market seizure and costly fines.

ARCI helps you determine if your product is regulated by the Food Safety & Quality Division (FSQD) or the NPRA, and ensures your labeling and nutritional facts are fully compliant.
